Monkey Business

This is Monkey.
I got him from Uncle Sam and Aunt Emily.

I keep Monkey on a tight leash...

We takes naps together...

We go places together...

We swing together in my jungle swing...

We tell each other secrets...

And when we're not doing all of that stuff, we just chill out on the couch...

I love Monkey.

Paul, Dan and Ben went scuba diving on the Oregon Coast last Saturday. The water was clear and the fish were abundant, so Paul FINALLY was able to spear his first fish! Actually, I am told that he maimed at least ten poor fishes who escaped, but in the end he caught five rock fish. One of them was shot four times before it was caught... :)

Here is Ben with his first Lingcod! He has been trying to catch one for a long time.

LOTS of action.......CAUGHT on tape!

Well, I have decided that it was time for some ACTION. I asked my Daddy to film me doing my cool trick. I hope that you enjoy. Remember that no stuffed animals were harmed in the making of this trick, so sit back, grab some popcorn, and enjoy both of my very first videos.

It wasn't me, I swear. It was Mommy. Anyway, it is time for the feature presentation...

Ta-Da! I have accomplished the amazing feat of rolling over... and at just two weeks too! I am very tired now, with all of this exercise and all. I am going to go take a nap, but remember IT WASN'T ME. Oh! before I go, here is a very cute picture of me.

What I do in my spare time...

I practice my Tarzan yell...I'm pretty good at it.

Here I am just chillin' in my Boppy (thanks Aunt Pat).

I go sun tanning...

My button fell off on Monday the 14th...when I was seven days old.

Then I got to take my first bath...I'm not sure if I like these yet.

I practice my winking skills. Daddy thinks its scary when I stare at him with only one eye open.

I hang out with my Dad. Sometimes I nurse on his nose...he thinks this is pretty funny.

I am an expert at sleeping!

Here I am in my Boppy and my dinosaur blanket... Thank you Great Auntie Pat!

I do lots of other stuff too...Today I was doing tummy time and I rolled over! Three times in a row! I know, you probably don't believe me. Mom tried to get it on video, but the camera died right before I showed her my amazing new trick. She assures me she will get it on video next time.
