The Great Pumpkin came to visit us for Halloween! Isn't he cute?
He was pretty chubby...the costume gave him an inner-tube tummy. :)
Did you know that the Great Pumkin's dad is Yosemite Sam? Yes, I was surprised too, but it's true!
Alex was hilarious in his chubby costume. Above is a video of him trying to crawl in it... he had to alter his style a little bit to make it work, but once he figured it out, he was pretty fast.
The Great Pumpkin and the Not-So-Cowardly Lion seemed to like each other.
Here are all three of the boys who dressed up. Yosemite Sam was pretty tired and fell asleep while I was taking this picture. haha (Uncle Randy dressed up too and frightened all of the trick-or-treaters that came to Molly and John's house, but I failed to get a picture of him for some reason...)Paul wore his costume for work, so he had on that ridiculous mustache for about 10 hours! It really impeded his eating and drinking, so he was pretty tired of wearing it by this time of night and took it all off soon after.
Paul works in the Savings Dept of a local bank and his department voted on the costume theme for Halloween, which was a Western Theme...so, Paul came home very disappointed because he can't stand cowboy stuff! I thought about it and said that he should just dress up as Yosemite Sam as a joke...well, Paul really liked that idea, so we went about creating the costume. The mustache and eyebrows were created by me (Robyn) out of yarn, glue and felt. The guns came from the dollar store and the rest was borrowed. It was pretty fun and it paid off, because the bank had a costume party and a contest for best costume and Paul won 3rd place! He won $10 in movie money!
